Thanks to the snowfalls of the last days, Alpe d'Huez mountain team is preparing the slopes to welcome the first riders this week-end (November 23rd & 24th 2019). 5 lifts will be open: Signal, DMC 1 and 2, Rif Nel Express and Lièvre Blanc.

12 slopes are accessible to offer opportunities to stretch their legs with a snow freshly groomed.
This week-end, Alpe d’Huez Domaine Skiable offers a ski pass at the special price of €25 and €12 for senior.

Second attempt: Snow Paradise Hasliberg – Titlis
The ski resorts of Hasliberg, in the Bernese Oberland, with Engelberg-Titlis, and the Melchsee-Frutt ski area in Central Switzerland are planning to connect their ski slopes. In connecting these three medium size ski areas, the new “Snow Paradise Hasliberg – Titlis” will become one of the biggest ski and snowboard wonderlands found in the Alps.

The first cableway project of the renowned South Tyrolean architect Werner Tscholl – Realization of a mobility concept beneath the "Rose Garden" through extension of the Tschein chairlift to the Moser Alm with connection by foot to Karer Lake / Lago di Carezza.

Wurzeralmbahn (Wurzeralm, Hinterstoder: HiWu ski area) one of the most modern funiculars in Europe is getting a new look: The Wurzeralmbahn operates in the Upper Austrian holiday region Pyhrn-Priel and takes skiers and hikers up to the alpine pasture of the same name at an altitude of 1,400 metres.
